    • The demolition project has a contract waiting for signature that will be presented to the Mayor soon.

    • Recognized the Weaver Volunteer Fire Department for their work.

    • Requests for restriping the City Hall parking lot. *Also noted by Chief Bunn that there is no handicap access in front of the police department.

    • Proclamation #2024-01 Proclaiming March 2024 as American Red Cross Month.
    • Ordinance #2024-03 Rezoning 250 Angel Lake Road from B-2 to R-1. – Unanimously Approved
  • Mayors Report
    • The bathrooms will be closed in the park for a week or two due to vandalism and required repairs. The vandalism was graffiti, flooring damage to the lockers, and foreign objects being placed in the commodes.
    • Bids were run for repaving.
  • Public Comments
    • Greg Pierce asked for clarification on paving. He was told it was the 17 roads in Weaver.
    • The fire department was thanked for the work putting out the brush fire.
    • An update was asked for on Buckhorn changes and was informed no formal changes was submitted.
