LVR said that the median value of single-family homes that were sold within Southern Nevada through its Multiple Listing Service in July came in at $450,000. This is up 2 percent over June, however it was down 3.2 percent from $465,000. the month of July in 2022. The local home price is less than the record-setting $482,000 that was set in May of 2022.
