Ray Epps, a one-time business owner from Arizona He was sentenced to one year of probation on Tuesday in connection with his involvement during the January. 6th, 2021 protest in the U.S. Capitol. He was a former U.S. Marine, 62 admitted guilt on Sept. 18 of a misdemeanor charge for disruptive or disorderly behavior for his part in the incident.
