Two concepts, each with a different identity will be slated to make this former Rula Bula building on Mill Avenue and Fourth Street in downtown Tempe home. Devil’s Hideaway, a bar and eatery, a playground for adults and live music venue; along with Idle Hands Enchanted Cocktail Bar with a cocktail bar serving premium libations, will be occupying the historic building built in 1888 that has been empty since the adored Irish pub shut down just four years ago…
